Management Team
The key to ECS’s success is an experienced management team with a track record of creating significant shareholder value over time. ECS has both the management talent and the highly specialized capital assets required to drive long-term value for its shareholders and partners. The ECS team has in excess of 25 years of experience, specifically in the coordination and construction of EHV transmission lines. All key personnel were directly involved in the construction and management of many of the EHV transmission lines installed since the early 1980’s.
Throughout ECS, members of the organization have been trained and challenged under the most extreme scenarios. The ECS management philosophy requires that we identify and retain the top industry leading management and supervision personnel regardless of work load fluctuations. ECS is dedicated to providing the most robust combination of project level talent available.
The ECS management team has extensive experience successfully and profitably managing the scale, complexity, and risk of mega EHV projects of a similar scale to the immediate term projects planned throughout the Western states and Texas.
Martin is currently President of MasTec Transmission and Substation group and Founder and principal of Force Capital Partners, LLC and ECS. Martin previously was CEO of Maslonka & Associates which he started in 1994 to become an industry leading and nationally recognized EHV transmission line design and construction contractor, most widely known for the very successful 500KV Path 15 project in California. Martin later merged Maslonka and Associates with InfraSource (NYSE:IFS), which is now a publicly traded Quanta Services Company.
Prior to founding Maslonka and Associates, Martin was on the management staff of JOB Line Construction, responsible for much of the 500kV construction in the Western U.S. from 1980-1995.
Brian is an Executive leader with over twenty five years experience in designing, building, and operating power systems; including substations up to 500 kV. Brian is a proven $150+ million annual revenue producer encompassing leadership of a 400 person multiple division workforce in a public company environment.
Brian is a graduate of the University of Texas-Austin where he obtained a BS in Electrical Engineering. He is a professional engineer registered in the state of Texas.
Prior to joining InfraSource, from 1998-2002, Jon was a Vice President and Principal at Mustang Line Contractors, which was acquired by Quanta Services in 2002. In the early 1990’s, Jon Maslonka was also a member of the JOB Line Construction management team, which was responsible for much of the 500kV construction in the Western U.S.
Mr. Bill Wright has served as President of T and D Power Inc. (TDP) from inception to present. Mr. Wright is an executive leader with a track record of tangible results as well as seventeen years of industry experience. That experience ranges from executive team building and mentoring to construction and project management of various contract types and scopes with particular focus on 500Kv transmission and station facilities thru 12Kv electrical distribution systems. Currently Mr. Wright, in his role as the leading member of the senior management team of TDP, is responsible for establishing company operations objectives, policies, as well as long range goals in addition to retaining ultimate responsibility of day to day operations and executive sponsorship of all projects.
Prior to joining EEG as President, Sid was an executive leader previously serving as Vice President of Environmental Management Services for a publicly traded energy infrastructure company. Sid has worked for environmental service companies providing on site environmental restoration and erosion control management services on projects throughout Alaska and the Pacific Northwest and has directed environmental management services on several of the larger EHV utility projects. Sid has obtained a BS from the University of Oregon and MS from Washington State University.
With over 40 years experience in the Electrical industry, Larry’s career has focused on the management and construction of 230kV to 500kV EHV transmission and substation systems. Including experience in many leadership roles working for Southern California Edison (SCE), Larry was the manager of all EHV construction operations for SCE. After his retirement, Larry has supported many leading engineering firms as the Owner's Representative / Contract Manager of EHV transmission lines.
Justin is an executive leader in project management with extensive experience constructing, maintaining and upgrading EHV transmission, distribution and fiber optic systems; including numerous EHV projects throughout the mid-west and western United States involving all aspects of helicopter aided transmission line construction.
Brian is an executive leader with 17+ years experience designing, constructing, and commissioning large scale 69KV - 500KV electrical systems for the utility, renewable, petrochemical, industrial, and IPP markets. Responsible for an annual $150M project pipeline, Brian's career has included many leadership capacities in engineering, project management, commissioning, sales, contract negotiation, and project and business development.
Brian earned a BS degree in Electrical Engineering at Texas A and M University and an MBA at the University of Houston at Clear Lake and is a standing member of the IEEE.
Jogi is an executive engineering professional with 25 + years experience in the design, construction, operation and maintenance of 69kV to 500kV utility transmission lines with an extensive career with SRP - a major utility in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Executive Engineer, Jogi provided leadership roles on many diverse transmission line projects, with special expertise in HV and EHV systems.
Jogi earned a BS degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delhi – India, and a post-graduate Diploma in Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi - India. Jogi is a professional engineer, registered in civil and structural engineering. Jogi is a member of ASCE, AISC and SEAoA professional organizations.
Ms. Greenacre is a proven professional environment expert responsible for directing all environmental compliance and management on several of the largest most recent EHV transmission line projects in North America, including leading utilities like BPA, WAPA, GP, and BHE.
Debbie is a graduate of the Community College of the Air Force, Maxwell AFB, AL where she earned an Associates of Applied Science degree. Debbie further earned an honorable Bachelor of Science degree from Wayland Baptist University in Medical Laboratory Technology and Social Science and a Master of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Texas, San Antonio.
Robert is a graduate of Iowa State University, a Journeyman Lineman, and an inactive member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. He has served as apprentice, journeyman, foreman, superintendent, project manager, estimator, and chief operating officer of companies engaged in the installation and maintenance of power distribution and transmission lines.
From April 1997 through 2007, he served as Vice president, Chief Estimator and a minority owner of Mustang Line Contractors, Spokane WA.
From April 1988 through July 1996, Robert was the Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Estimator and minority shareholder of Job Line Construction Inc, Spokane WA.
With over 40 years in the Water / Electric Industry, Chuck has spent much of his career focusing on Risk Management for major Utilities (SRP) and Contractors (Maslonka & Associates, InfraSource, PAR, Wilson). Chuck is a management professional with particular skills in the investigation and mitigation of third party claims, post cause problem solving, implementation of cost effect solutions, and is an effective communicator who achieves results through team relationships.
Tim has been a commercially rated pilot for over 23 years, has flown helicopters in all continental 48 states and Alaska, and has owned, operated, and maintained aircraft under FAR Part 1, 135, including a licensed pilot in NREMT-Basic/Wilderness in Alaska. In addition to his extensive pilot experience, Tim is also an accomplished businessman owning 7 different businesses during his career.
Christine’s career with one of the leading providers of medium and high voltage substations and transmission lines has included many capacities culminating as Controller of five companies with annual revenue of $250M. Christine was responsible for all company internal and external reporting, ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Christine brings extensive accounting knowledge in the EPC contracting business working closely with Project Managers and unit Vice Presidents developing project cost, budget management, forecasting, project analysis, and monthly and quarterly consolidated financial packages. Christine graduated Magna cum laude, from University of Houston at Clear Lake, where she obtained a BS in Accounting.
Allen is a procurement and project estimating professional with over fourteen years of experience managing turnkey projects in an EPC environment.
Andy is a professional electrical engineer and a proven project management professional who has managed EHV electrical infrastructure projects for over 20 years. Responsible for running multiple projects simultaneously, Andy's successful career has included leadership positions in managing engineering teams in the engineering, design, and scheduling of fast track and complicated EPC, turnkey projects.
