The key to ECS’s success is an experienced management team with a track record of creating significant shareholder value over time. ECS has both the management talent and the highly specialized capital assets required to drive long-term value for its shareholders and partners. The ECS team has a staff that averages more than 25 years of experience each, specifically in the coordination and construction of EHV transmission lines. All key personnel were directly involved in the construction and management of many of the EHV transmission lines installed since the early 1980’s.
Throughout ECS, members of the organization have been trained and challenged under the most extreme scenarios. The ECS management philosophy requires that we identify and retain the top industry leading management and supervision personnel regardless of work load fluctuations. ECS is dedicated to providing the most robust combination of project level talent available.
The ECS management team has extensive experience successfully and profitably managing the scale, complexity, and risk of mega EHV projects of a similar scale to the immediate term projects planned throughout the Western states and Texas.
