Force Capital Partners, LLC, was founded in 2005 by Martin J. Maslonka and is headquartered in Nevada with offices Arizona. Force Capital Partners is a private holding company with ownership interests in energy-related assets, media, and real estate. As the principal shareholder of ECS, Force Capital provides a robust financial credibility and the financial strength needed to participate in larger transmission segments, resulting in cost effective construction synergies. Utilizing the investors’ resources to expand the opportunities in the “mega-project” arena, ECS can fully leverage its operational synergies in producing superior results.

On December 4, 2009, ECSD, LLC opened the new Force Capital Partners building located at 6644 E. Thomas Rd. in Mesa, AZ. The 20,000 square-foot, all suite, 2 story office complex will include branch offices for ECS. Force Capital Partners is currently pursuing the development of clean power generation and transmission by focusing on solar, geothermal, wind and other renewable energy sources in order to integrate new technologies into the mainstream power grid. This new Arizona office will serve as a key location for their renewable investment group.
