In support of one of our global principles – that of Corporate Citizenship, ECS has initiated the Green Jobs For America Program to recruit and train urgently needed additional workers, including our returning military veterans, for those lineman skill sets necessary to construct our nation’s renewable energy transmission infrastructure. This industry first program establishes highly skilled instructors and material to train the workforce thus increasing the skill and productivity of our crews, and most importantly, the safety of the individuals.  This endeavor is funded by the Principals of Force Capital and ECS who are keenly interested in the safety and skills enhancement of new entrants to our industry.
